An Oriental orchid with thick leaves that reach out strongly.
Oriental orchids are grown across Korea, China and Japan for their leaves rather than their flowers, and they are the customary potted gift for an opening, a promotion or a new appointment. The leaves here are broad and deep green, and they hold their shape well.
It is planted in a celadon pot with a cut-out pattern, the holes pierced through the clay to make the design.
Water generously once the surface of the compost is dry. Once or twice a week is usual, though it will depend on the humidity and the air movement in the room. Delivery to islands and mountain districts can be restricted, so do check with us beforehand.

Promotions, new posts, formal thanks — the Korean orchid is what people send when the occasion calls for restraint. It flowers for a long time and the foliage stays neat on a desk or in a reception area.
That depends on the season and on the plant. Some go out in flower, some with the spike still rising. If it matters that it arrives in bloom, tell us before you order and we will check what we have that day.

Your message and your name, printed as you write it. Four-character Chinese phrases such as 祝 昇進 are the convention here, but English or Korean is fine — we print exactly what you type.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
A Korean cymbidium whose leaves are thick and rise with real force. Water it well once the surface soil has dried — usually once or twice a week, though it depends on the humidity and air movement where it stands. Planted in a ceramic pot pierced with an openwork pattern. Delivery to island and mountain areas can be restricted, so it is worth checking with us first.
A cymbidium in a ceramic pot is the traditional Korean gift for a promotion, a retirement, a new office or a formal congratulation. It is understood as the dignified choice — restrained rather than showy — and it is usually placed where visitors will see it.
A ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot, so please write the sender name exactly as you want it read.
