An oriental orchid whose leaves carry a deep golden colour.
Set beside an orchid of plain green it is told apart at once, and for that reason it is often chosen for the more formal kind of greeting. In Korea a potted orchid is the proper thing to send when a business opens, when someone is promoted, or when an office is taken up.
It is potted in celadon with a cut-out pattern pierced through the wall. Keep it in a bright place out of direct sun, and water well once the surface of the compost has dried.

Promotions, new posts, formal thanks — the Korean orchid is what people send when the occasion calls for restraint. It flowers for a long time and the foliage stays neat on a desk or in a reception area.
That depends on the season and on the plant. Some go out in flower, some with the spike still rising. If it matters that it arrives in bloom, tell us before you order and we will check what we have that day.

Your message and your name, printed as you write it. Four-character Chinese phrases such as 祝 昇進 are the convention here, but English or Korean is fine — we print exactly what you type.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
A Korean cymbidium whose leaves carry a deep golden tone, clearly distinct from an orchid that is green alone, which is why it is often sent where a degree of formality is expected. Planted in a celadon pot pierced with an openwork pattern. Keep it in a bright spot out of direct sun and water thoroughly once the surface soil has dried.
A cymbidium in a ceramic pot is the traditional Korean gift for a promotion, a retirement, a new office or a formal congratulation. It is understood as the dignified choice — restrained rather than showy — and it is usually placed where visitors will see it.
A ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot, so please write the sender name exactly as you want it read.
