A funeral objet with two round heads of flowers, one above the other.
Unlike the single-tier objet there are two masses of flowers, which draws the piece taller. Each tier is ringed with white chrysanthemums, the customary flower at a Korean funeral, with yellow lilies at the centre. Dark green leaves are fanned out behind to back both tiers.
It is sent where a three-tier wreath cannot be brought in but the piece still needs to be seen. Like any funeral flower in Korea, it stands at the entrance to the mourning room, not inside with the family.
Two white sashes are lettered down the length with 「삼가 故人의 冥福을 빕니다」 — respectfully we pray for the peace of the departed — and the sender's company and name.

Before you send one
- When Day one or day two of the funeral. On the morning of the burial the mourning room is cleared, and there is nowhere left to stand a wreath.
- Where The name of the funeral home and the room number is enough. If you only have the notice you were sent, paste it in and we will read it.
- Time Tell us when the mourners are expected and we deliver before then.
- If the room is full When wreaths are already lined up outside, a memorial basket or a two-tier piece is better — both stand inside the room.
- Fresh flowers only Every wreath is made with new flowers. We do not reuse arrangements.

What goes on the sash?
謹弔 with your name, or the name of your company. English is fine too — we print exactly what you write.
How late can I order?
Send it on day one or two of the funeral. If the burial is the next morning and time is short, message us on the live chat first and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Korean funerals are unfamiliar to me. What is expected?
A standing wreath at the entrance of the mourning room is the usual form, sent in the name of a person or a company. White chrysanthemums are standard. You do not need to know more than the funeral home and the room number — we handle the rest.
Can I change or cancel the order?
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
Two-tier Objet Wreath
Two round masses of flowers, one above the other. Unlike the single-tier objet there are two blocks, so it stands tall; each tier is ringed with white chrysanthemum and carries a yellow lily at its centre. Dark green foliage is spread behind like the ribs of a fan to support each tier. This is what we send where a three-tier wreath cannot be brought in but something with more presence is wanted. The condolence phrase and the sender’s organisation and name are lettered down the white ribbon.
How a Korean funeral wreath works
A standing wreath is the customary way to express condolences at a Korean funeral. It is delivered to the funeral hall and stood in or beside the mourning room, carrying printed ribbons: one with the condolence phrase and one with your name as the sender. Mourners read the ribbons, so the sender name matters as much as the flowers.
What we need from you
Korean funerals usually run for three days and the mourning room is open around the clock, so same-day delivery matters. Please give the room number — funeral halls hold several rooms at once and the family name alone is not enough to find them. Give the sender name exactly as it should be printed on the ribbon.
