The standard Korean funeral wreath: white chrysanthemums set close in three tiers, with yellow lilies worked in between.
Dark green leaves open out behind like the ribs of a fan to carry the flowers, and a white ribbon with a black stripe is tied at the crown. It travels on its wooden tripod and is stood at the entrance to the mourning room, where callers pass it as they come in.
The white sashes to either side are lettered down their length with the words of condolence and the sender's organisation and name, which is how mourners see who has sent it.

Before you send one
- When Day one or day two of the funeral. On the morning of the burial the mourning room is cleared, and there is nowhere left to stand a wreath.
- Where The name of the funeral home and the room number is enough. If you only have the notice you were sent, paste it in and we will read it.
- Time Tell us when the mourners are expected and we deliver before then.
- If the room is full When wreaths are already lined up outside, a memorial basket or a two-tier piece is better — both stand inside the room.
- Fresh flowers only Every wreath is made with new flowers. We do not reuse arrangements.

What goes on the sash?
謹弔 with your name, or the name of your company. English is fine too — we print exactly what you write.
How late can I order?
Send it on day one or two of the funeral. If the burial is the next morning and time is short, message us on the live chat first and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Korean funerals are unfamiliar to me. What is expected?
A standing wreath at the entrance of the mourning room is the usual form, sent in the name of a person or a company. White chrysanthemums are standard. You do not need to know more than the funeral home and the room number — we handle the rest.
Can I change or cancel the order?
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
Three-tier Standard Funeral Wreath
The basic standing wreath: white chrysanthemum ringed closely with yellow lilies set between, built up in three tiers. Dark green foliage is spread behind like the ribs of a fan to support it, and a white ribbon with a black band is tied at the top. It is delivered standing on a wooden tripod. 「삼가 故人의 冥福을 빕니다」 and the sender’s organisation and name are lettered down the white ribbons at either side.
How a Korean funeral wreath works
A standing wreath is the customary way to express condolences at a Korean funeral. It is delivered to the funeral hall and stood in or beside the mourning room, with two ribbons: one carrying the condolence phrase and one carrying your name.
Korean funerals usually run for three days and the mourning room is open around the clock, so same-day delivery matters. Please give the room number — funeral halls hold several rooms at once and the name alone is not enough to find the family.
