An areca palm with many stems from the base, each ending in a feathered frond.
The thin stems rise in a thick clump, and the finely cut fronds arch out in every direction, which makes this a good plant for filling an empty stretch of floor. Planted in a white cylinder pot.
Bright indoor light suits it. In a dry room, misting the leaves often keeps them fresh. Yellowing leaf tips are natural; trim away just that part.
In Korea a palm like this is sent to mark the opening of a shop or an office, and it keeps its corner there for years. The flower meaning is resurrection and victory.

A wreath stands outside on the day and announces the opening to everyone passing. A plant stays in the shop afterwards. Many people send a wreath for the day and a plant for the years after.
Decide where it will stand first. We have floor plants for a corner and smaller pots for a counter. Tell us the spot and we will suggest the size.
We send you a photograph once it is in place. Ask when you order if you want the room in the shot.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
A great many stems come up from the base, each opening at the tip into a feathered frond. In Korea it stands for revival and victory. About 1.5 m including the pot, a size for filling an empty corner. Yellowing leaf tips are a natural process — simply trim that part. It likes a bright room, and in dry air misting the leaves often keeps it fresher. Planted in a white cylindrical pot.
Potted foliage plants are the usual gift when a shop, office or clinic opens in Korea. They are placed by the entrance or the reception desk and stay there — the gift is meant to last rather than to be admired for a day.
A ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot.
Delivered anywhere in South Korea within three hours, and we send you a photograph of the plant in place once it arrives. If the pot or plant size shown is unavailable on the day, we substitute the closest equivalent and tell you before we deliver.
