Fine slender leaves in tier after tier, shivering at the least draught.
Nokbosu is the Korean name. The leaves are small and thin, their edges finely waved, and they crowd the branches so closely that the plant looks fuller and fresher than most foliage of its size. A straight woody trunk sends branches out all round into a cone.
It does well almost anywhere indoors and likes air moving around it. Water generously once the top of the compost has dried out properly. Planted in a dark grey-blue cylinder pot.
A plant like this is what Koreans send when a shop or an office opens, and it keeps its place on that floor for years. The flower meaning is love and happiness.

Looking after it
- Light Bright indoors, out of direct sun. Scorched leaves do not grow back.
- Water When the top of the soil is dry, water until it runs out of the bottom. Little and often does more harm than good.
- Air Somewhere the air moves. Roots suffer in a closed corner.
- Winter Keep it above 10°C and out of the path of a heater.
- Leaves Wipe the dust off now and then. Clean leaves breathe.

A wreath stands outside on the day and announces the opening to everyone passing. A plant stays in the shop afterwards. Many people send a wreath for the day and a plant for the years after.
What size should I choose?
Decide where it will stand first. We have floor plants for a corner and smaller pots for a counter. Tell us the spot and we will suggest the size.
Will I know it arrived?
We send you a photograph once it is in place. Ask when you order if you want the room in the shot.
Can I change or cancel the order?
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
