Plump oval leaves with rounded tips, each one glossy.
Crosia is the name it goes by in Korea. A straight central stem throws out side branches in tiers, and deep green leaves sit evenly along them. The stems carry a reddish tinge that plays against the green. Planted in a black square pot, the soil covered with fine gravel.
It stands up to pests and takes to a new room without fuss. Bright shade suits it better than direct sun. Water generously once the top of the compost has dried right out, which is usually every two or three weeks.
It feels the cold, so keep it in a warm room through winter. In Korea a pot like this is the standard present for a new shop or office, and it stays in the corner of that room for several years. The flower meaning is constant love.

A wreath stands outside on the day and announces the opening to everyone passing. A plant stays in the shop afterwards. Many people send a wreath for the day and a plant for the years after.
Decide where it will stand first. We have floor plants for a corner and smaller pots for a counter. Tell us the spot and we will suggest the size.
We send you a photograph once it is in place. Ask when you order if you want the room in the shot.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
Smooth, thick leaves with a deep gloss. In Korea it stands for a love that does not change. About 1 m including the pot. It resists pests and adapts well, so there is little to go wrong even with a first plant. It prefers bright shade to direct sun; when the surface soil has dried out completely — usually every two or three weeks — water generously. It is somewhat tender to cold, so keep it in a warm room in winter. Planted in a dark grey square column pot.
Potted foliage plants are the usual gift when a shop, office or clinic opens in Korea. They are placed by the entrance or the reception desk and stay there — the gift is meant to last rather than to be admired for a day.
A ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot.
