A small rubber plant, its thick glossy leaves set closely in deep green.
The leaves are thick and polished, and the undersides carry a reddish flush, so the pot reads deeper than one of plain green alone. Several short stems hold them densely. It is the right size to stand on a desk or a counter.
In Korea a pot of foliage like this is the usual present when someone opens a shop or an office. It is not a bouquet for the day; it stays in that room for years and becomes part of it.
It will put up with a room that is a little short of light. Water generously once the top of the compost has dried. Planted in a white cylinder pot, the soil finished with stones and moss. The flower meaning is everlasting happiness.

A wreath stands outside on the day and announces the opening to everyone passing. A plant stays in the shop afterwards. Many people send a wreath for the day and a plant for the years after.
Decide where it will stand first. We have floor plants for a corner and smaller pots for a counter. Tell us the spot and we will suggest the size.
We send you a photograph once it is in place. Ask when you order if you want the room in the shot.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
A rubber plant with thick, glossy, deep green leaves set close along the stem, grown in the small size. In Korea it stands for lasting happiness. It is sized for a desk or a counter. The underside of the leaves carries a reddish cast, so the colour has more depth than a plant that is green alone. It puts up with a room a little short of light; water generously when the surface soil has dried. Planted in a white cylindrical pot, the soil finished with stones and moss.
Potted foliage plants are the usual gift when a shop, office or clinic opens in Korea. They are placed by the entrance or the reception desk and stay there — the gift is meant to last rather than to be admired for a day.
A ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot.
