Large leaves on long stalks sweep straight up, several at a time.
Koreans read this plant as mystery and lasting good fortune, and know it as yeoinocho. As it grows the leaves split along their edges; that is the nature of the plant, not damage.
It likes a bright position with plenty of light, and wants a thorough watering once the surface of the compost has dried. It is planted in a white square column pot with vertical lines.
Plants like this go to Korean shops and offices as opening gifts and stay on the floor there for years, so the new leaves that come are watched by everyone who works around them.

A wreath stands outside on the day and announces the opening to everyone passing. A plant stays in the shop afterwards. Many people send a wreath for the day and a plant for the years after.
Decide where it will stand first. We have floor plants for a corner and smaller pots for a counter. Tell us the spot and we will suggest the size.
We send you a photograph once it is in place. Ask when you order if you want the room in the shot.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
Large leaves reach up openly toward the ceiling, several of them at once. In Korea it stands for mystery and lasting good fortune. About 1.2–1.3 m including the pot. As it grows the leaves split naturally along their edges — this is the nature of the plant, not damage. It likes a bright, sunny spot; water generously once the surface soil has dried well. Planted in a white square column pot.
Potted foliage plants are the usual gift when a shop, office or clinic opens in Korea. They are placed by the entrance or the reception desk and stay there — the gift is meant to last rather than to be admired for a day.
A ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot.
