Slim leaves crowd every branch, so the whole plant reads as a small tree.
Several thin stems run up and gather bright yellow-green leaves at their tips. Each leaf is narrow and long, which keeps the shape light and open, and the cream jar-shaped pot settles the base of it.
Bright shade or part sun, out of direct light, suits it best. A curtained window or an airy room keeps the leaves fresh. Water when the surface has dried right out, enough that it runs from the base, about once a week. It feels the cold, so hold the room above 10°C in winter.
A pot of this sort is a standard opening present in Korea. It goes to a new office or shop and stays on the floor there for years.

A wreath stands outside on the day and announces the opening to everyone passing. A plant stays in the shop afterwards. Many people send a wreath for the day and a plant for the years after.
Decide where it will stand first. We have floor plants for a corner and smaller pots for a counter. Tell us the spot and we will suggest the size.
We send you a photograph once it is in place. Ask when you order if you want the room in the shot.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
Broad, thick leaves grow in layers. Bright shade or half sun out of direct light suits it best; a sunny window or a well-ventilated room keeps the leaves fresh. Water thoroughly when the surface soil has dried right through, enough that it runs from the drainage hole — about once a week. It is tender to cold, so keep the room above about 10°C in winter.
Potted foliage plants are the usual gift when a shop, office or clinic opens in Korea. They are placed by the entrance or the reception desk and stay there — the gift is meant to last rather than to be admired for a day.
A ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot.
