Narrow leaves edged in pale yellow, which lift the colour of the whole plant.
It wants bright, airy light but not full sun. Kept somewhere too dark, the yellow edging loses its definition. Water when the surface of the compost has dried right out, enough that it runs from the drainage hole, usually once or twice a week.
Cold is its weak point. Keep it well inside the room and never below 10°C.
Plants like this travel in Korea as opening gifts, and the shop or office they arrive at tends to keep them for years.

A wreath stands outside on the day and announces the opening to everyone passing. A plant stays in the shop afterwards. Many people send a wreath for the day and a plant for the years after.
Decide where it will stand first. We have floor plants for a corner and smaller pots for a counter. Tell us the spot and we will suggest the size.
We send you a photograph once it is in place. Ask when you order if you want the room in the shot.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
Slim, long leaves carry a pale yellow variegation that lifts the whole plant. It likes a bright, well-ventilated spot in half sun; in a place that is too dark the yellow margins will fade. Water thoroughly when the surface soil has dried right through, enough that it runs from the drainage hole — usually once or twice a week. It is very sensitive to cold, so keep it well inside the room and do not let the temperature fall below about 10°C.
Potted foliage plants are the usual gift when a shop, office or clinic opens in Korea. They are placed by the entrance or the reception desk and stay there — the gift is meant to last rather than to be admired for a day.
A ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot.
