A croton, each leaf running through green, yellow and red.
The leaves are set close along the stem, so it fills evenly from top to bottom. It is planted in a white cylinder with a saucer, and it stands on the floor.
With several colours in the leaf it makes a different impression from a plant of plain green. Koreans send foliage plants of this kind for an opening, and they are kept on in the shop for years.

A wreath stands outside on the day and announces the opening to everyone passing. A plant stays in the shop afterwards. Many people send a wreath for the day and a plant for the years after.
Decide where it will stand first. We have floor plants for a corner and smaller pots for a counter. Tell us the spot and we will suggest the size.
We send you a photograph once it is in place. Ask when you order if you want the room in the shot.
Until we start making it up, yes — message us on the live chat with your order number and we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once the florist has started, we can no longer change it.
A croton — grown for its leaves rather than any flower, patterned in yellow, orange, red and green, frequently several colours on one leaf. Size B is the larger pot of the two, a fuller plant for a floor position.
Colour is a light problem, not a fertiliser problem: in a bright spot near a window the leaves stay red, orange and yellow, while in a dim corner they turn plain green. Keep the soil lightly damp and do not let it dry out completely. It dislikes cold draughts and will shed a few leaves after any move, then recover.
A common choice for a shop, cafe or restaurant opening in Korea, and for a housewarming, where the colour does the celebrating. It is placed by the entrance or in a bright part of the room and left there.
A printed ribbon carrying your name and the occasion phrase is attached to the pot, so please give the sender name exactly as you want it read. Delivered anywhere in South Korea within three hours, and we send you a photograph of the plant in place once it arrives. If the pot or plant size shown is unavailable on the day, we substitute the closest equivalent and tell you before we deliver.
